Since the renewed beginning of the Russian military invasion of Ukraine a year ago, experts and politicians have been talking about a paradigm shift, which in Europe, by the otherwise so hesitant German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, was given the name "turning point" (“Zeitenwende”) just a few days after the outbreak of war.
The issue #Stand With Ukraine is an invitation to rethink the current approaches with an open mind and, inversely, the freedom to contribute extraordinary impulses to the debate.
